摘要

由臺商投資所帶動的兩岸經貿關系具有明顯的產業內貿易特徵。「入世」前，兩岸經貿互動關系的基礎已經形成。臺灣在國際政治、經濟發展產生很大變化的情況下，面臨著製造業整合和結構提昇的一些現實問題。「入世」後，兩岸經貿關系的互動基礎不僅沒有改變，而且更具現實性、緊迫性。進一步發展與大陸的經貿關系，是臺灣推動經濟發展、實現結構提昇最理性的選擇。可以預計，在WTO基本規則的規範下，兩岸經貿互動關系會進一步向前發展。

Driven by Taiwan's investment, the economic and trade relationship between Taiwan and the Mainland China is distinctly characterized by intra-industry trade. Before their access to WTO, the foundation for interaction relationship in economy and trade has taken shape, that is the realistic requirement of the economic development and structure improvement of both sides. Due to the great change of international political and economic background, Taiwan is faced with some realistic issues of the reconfiguration of manufacturing industry and structure improvement. After their access to WTO, the foundation for both sides interaction in economy and trade remains unchanged. Moreover, it is more practical and pressing. Further development of economic and trade relationship with the Mainland of China is the most rational choice for Taiwan of it attempts to promote economic development and realizes structure improvement. It can be predicted that the interaction relationship in economy and trade between Taiwan and the Mainland China will be developed forward under the basic rules of WTO.
