臺灣新移民的休閒參與－社會排斥理論的觀點

新移民問題在臺灣已持續探討多年，隨著越來越多外藉配偶嫁入臺灣，民族融合的困境依然處處可見，也使新移民在國內無法感受到歸屬感，不免遭受到社會排斥。目前學術界中有關新移民的討論大多定睛於外籍配偶的生活適應，文化衝擊，以及子女教養相關議題，卻少有學者針對休閒或運動的場域上的參與加以討論，更低估弱勢的外籍配偶參與休閒過程中所遭遇的權力與權利的雙重問題。因此，本研究從社會排斥理論觀點切入作為論述的出發點，討論運動與社會排斥(social exclusion)之間的關係，讓我們瞭解新移民因為社會的排斥在運動場域中呈現弱勢與邊緣化的結果，並站在人權的面向，探討休閒與運動的參與應當包含的公平與共融理念。

Issues related to new immigrants in Taiwan have been discussed for years. Along with more and more foreign spouses, the difficulties of racial integration still popularly exist in Taiwan. New immigrants are not only lack of feeling of belonging, but also inevitably encounter social exclusion. In the current academic field, most discussions on new immigrants are focused on foreign spouses' adaption to life, their impacts on culture, and the issues of nurturing. Few scholars have explored their participation in recreation or sporting. The dual problem of underprivileged foreign spouses' right and benefits from recreational activities is also underestimated. As a result, this research discusses the relationship between sports and social exclusion from the view of social exclusion theory to explicit new immigrants' underprivileged status in the sports field. The concept of justice and integration will also be included while discussing recreation and sports participation from an aspect of human rights.
