從女排加入企業排球聯賽談未來營運策略

摘要

企業排球聯賽六年，加入了三支女排生力軍，也為企業排球聯賽推向另一個嶄新局面。本文從女排加入企業聯賽之現狀作探討，檢討目前企業聯賽之賽制、球隊組成、球員來源及行銷宣傳方式之狀況，並針對球員就業、賽會行銷、球員甄選、提升觀賽人數以及給薪彈性化等五個面向來提出相關策略以供中央政府、排協以及贊助企業主參酌，盼能集合眾人力量，將企業排球聯賽推向更成熟階段。

The Enterprise Volleyball League had reached a new era since the participation of three additional women's teams in the sixth year of the League. This article comprehensively reviewed the current status of the Enterprise Volleyball League joined by women's teams. The competition system, team composition, players' background, and modes of advertising operated in the league were discussed. In addition, this article made a proposal considering from five perspectives including player's employment, volleyball event marketing, player's selection, raising number of spectators and flexibility of player's wages. The strategies can be referenced by Government, Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association, and sponsored enterprises. With the efforts of each unit involved, the development of the Enterprise Volleyball League shall be elevated to an advanced and attractive phase.
