摘要

2009年臺灣成立卡巴迪運動協會，同年派隊參加亞洲青年組的卡巴迪比賽，並在2010年廣州亞運參與首次舉辦的女子組比賽。在臺灣的運動單項中，此項運動雖然處於萌芽階段，但縱觀其發展歷程，不難發現它的趣味性與其值得推廣的價值。本文旨在介紹卡巴迪運動的比賽方式、場地及簡易規則，至盼透過本文的拋磚能引出更多國內與卡巴迪運動相關議題的璀璨美玉。

Taiwan Kabaddi Sport Federation was establish in 2009 and it was the same year when Taiwan sent the Kabaddi youth athletes to compete in the Asia youth Kabaddi Olympic for the very first time. Moreover, in 2010 Taiwan's female Kabaddi team has participated in Guangzhou Asian Olympic. Even though Kabaddi is a new sport in Taiwan, but during the development of Kabaddi it is hard to miss the interest and the value of promoting Kabaddi. This study presented the rules and regulations of Kabaddi. Therefore through this study, Kabaddi can be a topic of discussion throughout the whole country.
