CrossFit健身訓練之介紹與效益

Introduction and Effectiveness of CrossFit Fitness Training

摘要


國內健身產業逐漸蓬勃熱絡,顯示國人對運動有一定的重視度,近年來由於傳播媒體發達與全人健康資訊的刺激下,健身運動人口逐步有成長的趨勢,就目前國內健身運動已有許多新的訓練方式及課程,例如:高強度間歇運動、Tabata間歇訓練、懸吊式阻力訓練、循環式阻力訓練等訓練方式。近年來CrossFit健身運動在健身產業中受到關注,並在亞洲地區及臺灣開始拓展開來,目前CrossFit健身運動在全球擁有超過1萬6千家的訓練場地,歐美國家地區已開設超過8千餘家的場地,亞洲地區擁有3百餘家訓練基地,此外,CrossFit每年舉辦全球性的競賽,促使CrossFit成為特有的運動賽事。目前CrossFit健身訓練在臺灣已有8處訓練基地,並持續發展中,由於訓練的特性與方法有別於傳統體能訓練,然而,目前國內針對CrossFit相關的研究相當稀少,較多研究文獻來自國外。藉此,本文透過文獻整理,目的是針對CrossFit健身運動訓練作統整性之介紹,並討論CrossFit健身訓練所帶來的健康益處與運動傷害之相關研究。探討結果發現CrossFit健身訓練對於參與者之體適能指標會有顯著提升,此外,訓練所導致得運動傷害比例亦與其他運動相當。但是針對CrossFit與其他訓練模式之差異仍有繼續探討的必要性。

In recent years, the high degree of importance that people attach to fitness has been illustrated by the boom in related media programs, the popularity of holistic health information, and the steady growth of demand facing the domestic fitness industry. Various new fitness exercise training methods and courses are currently available; these include high-intensity interval training, Tabata interval training, total resistance exercises, and circuit resistance training. CrossFit has also garnered considerable attention in the fitness industry in recent years and enjoyed strong growth in Taiwan as well as other Asian regions. More than 16,000 global training locations (including over 8,000 in Europe and North America and over 300 in Asia) implement CrossFit. Eight training locations currently implement CrossFit training in Taiwan and the number of training locations continues to grow. In addition, CrossFit Inc. holds CrossFit Games, an open global competition, on a yearly basis, enabling CrossFit training to become a unique sporting event. However, because the characteristics and methods of CrossFit training differ from conventional physical training, CrossFit-related studies specific to Taiwan remain scant. This article not only provides a comprehensive description and introduction to CrossFit exercises and training, but also examines related studies regarding its health benefits and training injuries. The results indicate that CrossFit training can significantly promote participants’ fitness index; moreover, its ratio of exercise injuries was not higher than those of other exercises. However, it is necessary to examine differences in training effectiveness between CrossFit and other training modes.
