摘要
風翼衝浪是一項新興的水域運動，因為它輕巧簡單，攜帶方便，搭配水翼可以在海上輕鬆航行，已在全球掀起一股學習熱潮。本文透過文獻蒐集整理，目的為針對風翼的歷史、原理與學習方法詳細介紹，以期對該運動有基本的認識。風翼的推力來自空氣通過風翼上下兩側，因流速不同造成壓力差。風翼可搭配立式槳板或水翼板使用，使用立式槳板時可熟悉風翼的操作，但要使用水翼板才能完全展現風翼的最佳性能，可在海上自由航行並且藉它衝浪。建議初學者使用安全裝備，在安全環境與合適教練教導下根據自身體重選擇合適器材安心學習。最後比較風翼相對於風帆與風箏衝浪的差異，得出以下結語：風翼適合搭配大水翼，速度較慢，但因為能夠完全卸風，非常適合越野下浪活動。風帆則因為必須搭配帆組使用較大浪板，較為穩定，但較不靈活，但搭配較小水翼，速度較快，適合競速比賽。風箏衝浪因面積最大，拉力也最大，可以使用最小的浪板，最為靈活，適合競速比賽，亦適合越野下浪。以上3種風力驅動裝置都非常適合在海上乘風破浪自由航行。

The arrival of wing surfing as a new water sport has triggered a sudden explosion of interest in the water sports world. Enthusiasts praise the simple and compact design and ease of use of its equipment, as well as the feeling of freedom it creates when executed in combination with hydrofoils. The purpose of this paper is to increase understanding of this new sport through a literature review that discusses in detail its history, physics and various approaches. The lift of the wing comes from the pressure differential on two sides of its skin when powered by the wind. A wing can be used in conjunction with a stand up paddle (SUP) board boardor a hydrofoil board. Although a beginner can familiarize himself/herself with the operation of a wing standing on a stable SUP board, the full potential of a wing can only be realized using a foil board. It can be ridden freely on the ocean and used to surf waves. This paper suggests that anyone interested in wing surfing learn it with adequate safety measures, using proper equipment under the guidance of a qualified coach. Finally this paper compares wing surfing with windsurfing and kitesurfing when performed in combination with a hydrofoil board. In conclusion, wing surfing, which usually uses a larger foil for early lifting, is slower in speed. It has the most outstanding performance when used on a downwind wave ride in the open ocean. Windsurfing on a hydrofoil is more suitable for course racing due to its smaller foil and higher speed. However, its larger board is also less agile and less maneuverable. Kitesurfing, with the strongest pulling force among all three due to its largest kite size, can be done with the smallest foil and brings the highest speeds. It is suitable for both racing and downwind wave riding. All three disciplines are suitable for riding free in the world of wind and waves.
