籃球員的專項運動能力指標包含爆發力和敏捷性,有許多方法可以用來評估,但不同的爆發力及敏捷性測驗之間是否存在關係,仍未被研究。因此,本研究目的在探討青少年籃球員一般與專項爆發力及敏捷性測驗之關係,以及人體肢段長與爆發力之關係。研究招募15名高中甲級女子籃球員,依序測量腿部長度、站姿摸高,以及爆發力與敏捷性測驗,包含:反向跳、深蹲跳、立定跳、側向跳、墊步跳、505敏捷測試、改良版T字敏捷測試、禁區敏捷測試。研究結果顯示,墊步跳與垂直跳的高度與滯空時間,呈現高度正相關,一般敏捷性與專項敏捷性測驗皆無顯著相關;大腿長度與反向跳、深蹲跳的高度和平均滯空時間,呈現負相關。本研究結論為,墊步跳與一般爆發力測驗具高度相關,側向跳因主要作用肌群的不同,具專項評估價值,與一般敏捷性測驗相比,禁區敏捷測試可能更適合於評估籃球員之敏捷性表現,也具有專項評估價值。未來針對籃球員的專項運動能力時,可以選擇更專項的測驗,能更精準地瞭解球員的狀態,也可避免重複測驗。
The sport-specific abilities indicators for basketball players, including power and agility, can be assessed by various methods. However, the relationships between different power and agility tests are not well understood. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to explore the relationships among general and specific power and agility tests, and the relationship between segmental limb length and power in adolescent basketball players. A total of 15 Division I female high school basketball players were recruited. Segmental limb length, standing reach height, counter movement jump, squat jump, standing long jump, lateral jump, step jump, 505 agility test, modified agility T-test and lane agility test were measured. Results showed that the step jump height was positively correlated with vertical jump height and hang time. No significant correlations were observed between the general and specific agility tests. Thigh length was negatively correlated with the height of counter movement jump and squat jump and average hang time. In conclusion, step jump was positively correlated with general power tests. Lateral jump was not correlated with other power tests due to the different primary muscle groups involved. Compared to general agility tests, the lane agility test may be more suitable for assessing agility for basketball players. In the future, when evaluating basketball players' sport-specific abilities, more specific tests can be selected to more accurately understand the players' status and avoid redundancy in testing.
