摘要

本文旨在介紹如何提升外科病房化學治療靜脈輸液給藥技術的正確率，因爲單位護理人員未受過化療靜脈輸液給藥的訓練，均以一般給藥技術方式執行，潛藏許多危險，故引發筆者動機，希望改善護理人員化學治療靜脈輸液給藥技術正確率達90%以上，先對護理人員作改善前化學治療靜脈輸液給藥技術調查，平均正確率爲77.5%。確立問題爲：知識不足、無相關在職教育、無化學治療靜脈輸液給藥標準流程及備藥桌設備不完整。經實施化學治療靜脈輸液給藥技術在職教育、訂定給藥標準作業流程、制定單位化學治療靜脈輸液給藥規範及完備化療準備桌等改善方法，實施結果平均正確率爲96.9%。建議未來能由化學治療室專人調製化學藥物，爺設置門診化療室，使化學治療給藥能更爲正確安全。

The purpose of this project was to increase accuracy and safety of intravenous chemotherapy medicine administration. Most nurse in the surgical ward nurses do not receive proper administration training, This is a dangerous situation waiting to explode. Therefore we set out to improve the accuracy rate of administration technique up to 90%. First, we investigated the chemotherapy administration technique before the project and found that the average accuracy rate was 77.5%. The primary causes were identified as: lack of knowledge, didn't have related incumbency education, lack of standard processes, and less than complete equipments on the table for preparing medicine. Based on the results of the initial survey, we carried out education, set the standard and rules of chemotherapy administration, and supplied the completes for the medicine table. After implement of these programs, the average accuracy rate was increased to 96.9%, This procedure enhance the quality of chemotherapy administration. We suggest the chemistry treatment room should specialist assign to make the chemistry medicine in the future, and establish out-patient service in the chemotherapy room, It will safeguard the right and security of patients, nurses and their colleagues.
