摘要

本文描述照護一位攝護腺癌併發骨轉移患者之護理經驗分享，護理期間爲2004年12月21日至2004年12月31日，住院期間筆者採用觀察、會談、身體評估及疼痛評估技巧，運用Gordon十一項護理評估，發現個案有疼痛及睡眠形態紊亂之健康問題。因疼痛是影響個案其他健康問題的主因，故筆者優先處理疼痛問題，擬定護理計畫，和醫療團隊討論調整止痛藥物之給予，輔以非藥物的疼痛控制技巧，藉由放鬆技巧及給予個案支持、鼓勵，協助個案緩解疼痛的不適，增加個案對疼痛控制的信心，進而提昇個案之生活品質。

This case report describes the experience of taking care of a prostate cancer patient with bone metastasis. The author assess the patient's condition by observation, interview, and the Gordon 11 item functional health pattern assessment guide. The patient was identified suffering from pain, and sleep disturbance. Because the pain was the major obstacle in recovering, alleviating the pain was the first priority. In our study of the nursing process, client's symptoms were released and his life quality were improved with the usage of medicine and non-medicine pain control intervention, including the relax techniques, the mental supports and encouragement.
