摘要

本文探討照護一位患者接受左髖關節置換術之護理經驗。護理期間自2005年10月30日至2005年11月9日。筆者藉由與個案及家屬互動，並以Gordon十一項健康功能性評估的運用，確認其護理問題為焦慮、急性疼痛、身體活動功能障礙、知識缺失（特定的）。於照護期間筆者針對個案之護理問題，應用協助、指導、傾聽與支持等技巧，並透過合宜的護理措施，給予個案整體性照護，終能使個案能達到最佳的健康狀況，進而提升自我照顧能力，以避免合併症之發生。筆者冀望以此次的護理經驗與護理同仁共同分享，作為日後照顧此類患者臨床照護之參考。

This article aim to share the experience of nursing care on patient was has received left total hip joint replacement. The primary care was from October 30 to November 9, 2005 The data were collected by observation, intervention, listening. Gordon health function was used to assess the nursing problem. Major nursing problem were identified included: anxiety, acute pain, impaired physical mobility, knowledge deficit specify. During nursing process, the writer provided the individualized and holistic nursing care intervention such as the instructing, encouragement and support, to keep the case to its best status and to enhance the ability of self-care. The writer hopes the experience of nursing care could provide a reference for nurse in caring.
