臨床實習是護生成為護理師前必經的路,如何帶領護生讓她們在實習的階段對護理有正向的認同感,臨床實習也是重要關鍵之一,故有效減輕護生實習壓力,提供良好的實習環境,提升對護生實習的滿意度,進而讓護生畢業後,對於從事護理工作有極高的意願。本專案的目的是在探討護生對於臨床的實習中,所遇到的問題、壓力來源及實習單位環境、人等不滿意的原因進而改善。臨床上很多因素都會造成護生對於實習的印象及滿意度不好,本單位針對硬體設備方面有製作一台護生專用護理車,重新規劃護生物品擺放空間,在教學方面安排教與學課程及安排一位專人教師作為師生間溝通,整體而言,在教學設施提升11.03%,在教學互動提升15.2%,因此,實習老師及單位的學姊要如何帶領護生熟悉臨床護理的專業,將學校所學習到的應用在臨床的實務中,提升對護理的認同及實習滿意度為本專案的目的。
Clinical practice is a requirement for nursing students to complete nursing professional course. It's also an important opportunity to guide nursing students toward positive professional identification. Effectively reducing stress from clinical practice by providing a good learning environment will enhance nursing students' satisfaction and thereafter willingness to engage in nursing career in near future. The purpose of this project is to probe clinical practice-related issues and source of stress, such as unsatisfied learning environment, poor multidisciplinary interaction, etc. Many factors cause nursing students' dissatisfaction. A nursing care cart designed for teaching purposes, a location assigned for the students' personal belongings. In clinical teaching, adequately arranging the curriculum for classes and bedside teaching and providing a teacher with expertise in a specialty facilitate mutual communication between students and teachers. In general, the teaching equipment has been improved by 11.03%, and the interaction between teachers and students has been promoted up to 15.2%. Therefore, the purposes of the project are that, through the guidance of clinical teachers and the unit nurses, the students will be familiar to the clinical nursing profession and apply what they learned in school to the clinical setting and promote the identification of nursing and satisfaction.
