本研究旨在探討住院病人對於有無實施技術混合照護模式之護理滿意度,並瞭解其在不同個人背景變項(性別、年齡、婚姻、教育程度等)對於護理滿意度上的差異。本研究採用問卷方式進行資料收集,對象為南部某區域教學醫院內科與外科病房之住院病人,共回收180份有效問卷,並將所得資料進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:住院病人對於有實施技術混合照護模式之滿意度顯著低於未實施者;住院病人其年齡、婚姻、教育程度、職業、有無陪伴者、及住院床位等級等變項之滿意度有顯著差異。結論與建議:醫院以輔助人力降低護理人員的負擔,卻使病人之滿意度降低,因此,需再進一步思考人力配置及調整工作內容,以提升臨床照護品質。
The purpose of this study is to explore inpatient satisfaction of the skill-mix model during their caring process, and to understand the impact of their satisfaction by examining patient demographics (i.e., gender, age, marriage status, education level etc.). The data was collected by questionnaires from medical and surgical wards of a teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. The data was collected and analyzed from 180 valid surveys. Results showed that the inpatients' satisfaction is significantly lower when the skill -mix model was implemented. In addition, gender, marriage status, education level, occupation, having informal caregivers, and even the types of hospital beds have significant statistical differences in their satisfaction. Conclusion and recommendations: the directors of the Department of Nursing recruited assistants in order to reduce the burden of nursing staff; however those assistants contributed to lower patient satisfaction. Essentially, the directors and supervisors require further consideration in regards to the allocation of labor and skill sets to improve the quality of nursing care.
