提升護理人員對產婦入院待產護理指導完整率之專案
Project of Promoting the Nursing Instruction for Parturient Woman during Labor
摘要
完整的入院待產護理指導有助於降低產婦的焦慮與不安感，且會影響產婦對生產之感受與滿意度，經單位護理長隨機觀察，發現40.2%護理師未落實入院待產護理指導，故本專案目的在提升護理人員對產婦之入院待產護理指導完整率。經專案小組調查發現本單位之入院待產護理指導完整率僅59.8%，分析原因為：護理人員認知不足、護理指導認知偏差、缺乏護理指導標準規範、缺乏護理指導輔助工具及缺乏稽核制度。解決方案包括：舉辦在職教育，建立待產護理指導標準規範、製作護理指導學習影片與待產護理指導輔助工具，舉辦生產體驗營讓產婦熟悉待產環境與過程，落實待產護理指導稽核。專案推行後入院待產護理指導完整率提升至90.7％，產婦待產認知答對率也由65.7%提升至93.6%。顯示專案實施能讓產婦接受完整入院待產護理指導，進而提升其待產認知。

Comprehensive labor and delivery nursing tuition reduces the anxiety and discomfort of pregnant women and improves their emotion and satisfaction toward their delivery. According to the observations of head nurse, 40.2% registered nurses do not thoroughly complete labor and delivery nursing tuition. This project was conducted to raise the completion rate of labor and delivery nursing education. An investigation revealed that the labor and delivery nursing education completion rate in this project targeted hospital was only 59.8%. This was because of the insufficient or mistaken knowledge of the registered nurses, the lack of standard operating procedure and auxiliary nursing tools, and the lack of auditing systems. Proposed solutions included organizing in-service education, establishing standard operating procedure for labor and delivery nursing, producing educational films and auxiliary tools for labor and delivery nurses, hosting experiential events for pregnant women to familiarize the environment and processes of delivery, and implementing a labor and delivery nursing audit system. After these proposed solutions were implemented, the completion rate of labor and delivery nursing tuition was increased to 90.7%, and the nurses' labor and delivery nursing knowledge scores also increased from 65.7% to 93.6%. As a result, implementing these programs improved and made more comprehensive labor and delivery nursing services available to pregnant women and improved their knowledge towards delivery.
