跨專業團隊照護－以COVID-19確診孕產婦照護為例

新冠肺炎侵襲全球，臨床照護指引提出確診孕婦周產期健康照護管理之重要性。關注血氧濃度變化及早發現潛在疾病風險及降低母親重症發生，孕婦接種疫苗提升母嬰健康。確診孕婦不是母乳哺餵禁忌症，需遵守手部衛生、戴口罩及哺餵前後擠乳器清潔。本院以跨專業團隊提供確診產婦全人照護，藉由科技通訊鏈結親子關係及多元化指導工具提升父母親新生兒照護能力及信心。

COVID-19 strikes the world, the clinical care guidelines have raised the importance of perinatal health care management for diagnosed pregnant women during pregnancy. Focus on changes in blood oxygen concentration to detect potential disease risks and reduce the occurrence of severe maternal illness, and get the pregnant women vaccinated to promote maternal-infant health. Confirmed case of COVID-19 pregnant women are not contraindicated in breastfeeding, and need to comply with hand hygiene, wearing masks, and clean the breast pump before and after feeding. Our hospital provides holistic care for diagnosed COVID-19 pregnant women with a multidisciplinary team and uses technological communication to link parent-infant relationships and diversified guidance tools to enhance parents' ability and confidence in newborn care.
