四行程引擎排氣管內管徑對輸出功之影響

The Change of Power of a Four Stroke Engine by the Variation of Exhaust Pipe Diameter in a Muffler

摘要


本研究目標為探討排氣管的結構設計改變後,對排氣流暢性對引擎的輸出力量之影響。本次研究四輪沙灘車600c.c.引擎之排氣管內部第一腔室連通第三腔室的管徑改變,對排氣流暢性變化,為了使分析順利進行,本研究使用Pro/E製作出簡化之模型,再與排氣管廠商進行設計試做,製作樣品,以利後續進行測試分析,本研究結果指出四輪沙灘車600c.c.引擎之排氣管的連通管改變對車輛排氣管的排氣流暢及引擎的輸出力量是有相當影響的,本次研究資料在設計合理化,引擎整體設計考慮及生產商業化可進行的綜合評估。

The purpose of this resaerch is to discuss the influence of exhaust's Engine muffler inside diameter of the first chamber communicating changes in the third chamber, exhaust fluency changes The experiment observes the variation of inlet and outlet resulting from diverse exhaust measurements of four-wheel 600 C.C. capacity ATV. The methods adopted is to use Pro/E analysis software to draw simplized patterns and then design the exhaust sample for further testing and analysis. The results reveal that exhaust's construction transforming has evident effect on the flow of exhaust emission of vehicle as well as output performance of engine and suggest to carry out integrated evalution concerning engine construction design and commercialize production.
