本研究目的在於探討台南地區大學校院學生社團幹部人格特質及領導能力之關係。本研究以問卷調查法方式實施,有效樣本有388份。研究結果得到以下結論: 一、社團幹部的人格特質屬於中等情形,以親和性層面最高,領導能力亦屬於中等情形,以個人素養層面最高。 二、不同社團幹部之性別與參與年資在人格特質上產生顯著差異。 三、不同社團幹部之參與年資與職稱在領導能力上產生顯著差異。 四、低中高不同組別社團幹部的人格特質各層面對整體領導能力呈顯著差異。 五、社團幹部之人格特質與領導能力各層面呈顯著正相關。 六、社團幹部五大人格特質對領導能力有顯著預測力,其中以情緒穩定性最具。
The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between the Big-Five Personality Traits and leadership competency for cadres of student organizations in the Southern Taiwan colleges. The sample of this study consisted of 672 effective. The study collected data by a self-report survey. The findings of the research showed: 1. Personality trait was the middle level, while the ”agreeableness” was the highest of them. Leadership competency was the also middle level, while the ”individual capacity” was the highest of them. 2. There were significant differences existed the variables of participating years and gender on personality traits scale. 3. There were significant differences existed the variables of participating seniority and title on leadership competency scale. 4. There were significant differences existed among different personality traits from the lower, middle and higher degree on leadership competency scale. 5. There was a significant relationship between personality traits and leadership competency. 6. Personality traits were significantly predictive to leadership competency.
