文化與政治下的權力與暴力：輔導被認定的施虐者之思辨敘事

摘要

本文採敘說的方式，整理我近五年輔導家庭領域中「被認定的施虐者」的實務經驗，而鋪陳出對於「被認定的施虐者」的心理輔導工作，在看待問題的「眼光」上需要增加文化與知識權力的反思以及意見政治的觀點。而在處理問題的「方法」則需要有比以「自願性案主」為主的傳統心理諮商工作更敏感於「權力與控制」的互動，而發展出不同的治療關係。

The study is based on narrative approach describes the experiences of working with the clients who are identified as abusers in the domestic violence. Author addresses, differ from usual clients, counsel those persons who are identified as abusers must use the different point of views to deal with the problems, which are: 1. Be self-reflection of the knowledge power used by workers. 2. To aware the political concerns that involve in definition of problem. 3. Be sensitive to the interaction of power and control between workers and involuntary clients. Finally, the author discloses three different working relationships which are recommended to deal with the clients who are identified as abusers.
