摘要


Shortell提醒我們:企業績效是由產量與品質兩大因素構成。基本上,具有豐富經驗的臨床醫生,才能提供較高的醫療專業品質。而豐富的經驗繫於患者數量的多寡:太少的患者數量,無法讓醫生培養熟練的技巧,並累積經驗;太多的患者數量,則讓醫生疲於奔命,無暇展現品質。另一方面,病患的多寡又決定於醫療服務品質的優劣。醫療服務品質與醫療專業品質,正是醫療品質的兩大內涵。本文將就此深入探討?

On rite other-hand, a grind healthcare service quality may result in a higher volume of service. Therefore, service quality and professional quality are both important for healthcare.
