Hematuria from Renal Arteriovenous Malformation: Early Diagnosis by Computed Tomography Angiogram

腎動靜脈畸型引發之血尿－以多排電腦斷層掃瞄儀偵測做為早期診斷

摘要

我們報告一例臨床上有無法解釋的血尿，病人是一名35歲女性，有反覆性血尿、但靜脈注射泌尿道攝影、傳統電腦斷層檢查及膀胱鏡檢查都無法解她血尿的原因。多排電腦斷層掃瞄儀及電腦斷層血管攝影，則顯示右側腎臟檢查有多個蜷曲的血管併早期腎靜脈及下腔靜脈的顯影，表示腎臟內有動靜脈畸型。

We describe a case of unexplained hematuria. A 35-year-old female complained of recurrent gross hematuria. IVU, conventional computed tomography and cytoscopy cannot explain the cause of hematuria. Multirow detector computed tomography (MDCT) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) demonstrated multiple tortous, channels and early renal vein and inferior vena cava opacification from renal arteriovenous malformation (AVM).
