醫院環境與資源運用之脈絡關係

摘要

內部資源是醫院所能掌控的資源，資源基礎論說明資源對企業經營的重要性，若能善用內部資源，可以增加醫院的競爭力。本研究以資源基礎論為主，以資源的相關知識、資源的相關環境、資源與病人的相關性、工作人員等四項指標，透過質性研究方法採文獻探討的方式進行詳細的歸納與分析。藉由本文案例瞭解醫院的組織目標、策略執行是否明確的符合市場需求，並有效將其資源充分的發揮強化現有的醫療中，再者將目標明確設定形成差異化策略，強化醫院的競爭力。研究結論提出具體建議，說明醫院如何運用資源，以建立對資源基礎概念及企業發展資源策略等研究架構基礎，為自己覓得生存空間。

Resources play an important role in hospital management. From the resource-based perspective, this study surveyed and analyzed operations of two hospitals according to four indicators, including resource-related knowledge, resource-related environment, resource-patient relationship, and hospital staff. Recommendations are offered on how hospitals can better utilize resources and develop their unique management model for improving performance and achieving competitive edge.
