新型安全注射之內瘻管翼狀針設計開發

DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN OF A NOVEL ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA NEEDLE FOR SAFE INJECTION

摘要


血液透析(Hemodialysis)是將血液抽出體外,經過血液透析機的滲透膜,清除血液中的新陳代謝廢物和雜質後,再將已淨化的血液輸送回體內,俗稱「洗腎」及「洗血」,用於腎衰竭病患,或血液中毒等身體無法自行排出毒害物質的情況,而血液透析用穿刺針更是常用於連接血管的醫療器材之一,本文將提出數個內瘻管翼狀針之安全結構,分別是內縮式是引導安全套管將鋼針包覆;滑套式是將安全裝置開啟後使鋼針向內收入不再外露;而本文採用上蓋式安全構造,是於外部增加一ㄇ字型的套蓋,以倒鉤方式套於鋼針上使其包覆,降低醫護人員遭受針扎的風險,並選用其一進行IRB臨床試用,請25名醫護人員依實際情況使用此產品於假體上,模擬血液透析的流程,最後所記錄的回饋資訊中,其要求單手操作及針蓋之相關功能性。

Hemodialysis, commonly known as kidney dialysis, is used for patients suffering from renal failure or blood poisoning, rendering the body unable to dispose of toxic substances. In hemodialysis, blood is removed from the body and returns after the waste in the blood has been cleaned by the dialysis membrane of the dialyzer. A puncture needle is one of the commonly used medical devices to connect blood vessels in hemodialysis. This study attempts to propose several safe structures of an AV fistula to reduce the risk of needle stick injuries among nursing staff and select one of the structures for a trial production and IRB clinical trial to uncover problems for clinical use and make further improvements.
