摘要

Severe thymic hyperplasia of thyroid cancer patients is rare. Here we report a case of follicular thyroid cancer accompanied by a huge multi-follicular thymus. The patient recovered well after total thyroidectomy and thymectomy.

甲狀腺癌引發胸腺嚴重增生極為少見。在此，我們報告一個病人患有濾泡性甲狀腺癌伴隨多濾泡增生的大胸腺。病人接受甲狀腺全切除術和胸腺切除術後，症狀得以緩解，甲狀腺癌的治療也告一段落。
