糖尿病患下肢傷口癒合不良之病例報告

本案為一位四十三歲男性患者，有高血壓及糖尿病史，規律服藥但數值控制不佳，在2019/04/22發現右小腿脛骨內側紅腫、局部疼痛且高燒至39°C，求治風濕免疫科診斷為蜂窩性組織炎，服用Augmentin一週後紅腫範圍仍逐漸擴大，並伴隨間歇性發燒，故於2019/04/29收置住院治療。患者就診中醫已間隔兩個月，而傷口遲遲未能癒合，呈現紅腫熱及按壓疼痛，且周圍皮膚轉為紫暗色，經濃縮中藥粉劑及針灸治療後，瘡口紅腫消退，疼痛減緩並收口癒合。
