摘要

對脊髓損傷患者而言，正向的結果就是走出去，本文主要目的是介紹脊髓損傷患者社會參與，即是走出去的定義，進一步探討影響脊髓損傷患者走出去之相關因素，並提出以患者為中心、協助患者走出去之人性化復健護理，包括增進正向疾病自我感受、提昇脊髓損傷者的自我效能，及提供足夠社會支持並加強醫院與社區的連結系統，希望可以協助每個患者儘早走出去。唯有患者認為自己走出去，他才能真正活出意義。

For spinal cord injury patients, the positive consequence is moving forward. Moving forward to be the meaning refers to the social participation. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the definition of moving forward, and explore the factors related to moving forward among patients with spinal cord injury. It is important to provide patient-centered care, in order to promote moving forward. The rehabilitation nursing interventions include promoting positive self-perception, increasing self-efficacy, and providing social resources and enhancing the link between hospital and society. It is hope that through providing appropriate nursing interventions as soon as possible in order to help the patients achieve moving forward. It is only the patients are moving forward, they can live with meaningful.
