摘要


本文介紹歐洲、美國、日本、澳洲各國建築、都市發展、健康照護、公共衛生各界在高齡友善環境之推動趨勢,以老年生活品質之健康、參與、安全等層面為重點分析建成環境對高齡者失能預防與活躍老化之影響,並討論相關城市在都市公共空間、鄰里社區活動空間、住宅等各場域之高齡友善環境規劃與實踐,以及提出我國未來之推動策略建議。

This article introduced the promotion trend of age-friendly environment by the professional fields of architecture, urban development, healthcare and public health in European counties, United States, Japan and Australia. The aspects of health, participation and safety were defined as the reviewing points of the quality of life in older age to analyze the influence of built environment on the disability prevention and active aging for the elderly. The planning and implementation of age-friendly environment in the urban public spaces, community activity spaces and housing of correlated cities were discussed and to offer the suggestion of future promotion strategy for my country.
