照顧服務員之病人安全態度調查：以南部某二家區域教學醫院為例

目的：探討照顧服務員對病人安全態度的情形及進行不同單位的比較。方法：採比較描述性研究設計，以方便取樣於南部某醫療機構的兩家醫院、護理之家收案，研究對象完成結構性問卷填寫，共計回收159份有效問卷。結果：護理之家男性照顧服務員比女性有較高的病人安全態度，一般病房與特殊單位中，本國籍照顧服務員對於病人安全態度高於非本國籍；在一般病房，照顧服務員的工作年資與病人安全態度呈顯著正相關；不同單位之照顧服務員在病人安全態度總分呈顯著差異，護理之家高於一般病房。結論：照顧服務員是照護團隊的成員之一，應依照不同單位、不同特性的照顧服務員，給予病人安全主題的在職教育課程，進而提升其對病人安全之正向態度，以促進照顧服務品質。

Objectives: The purpose of research is to explore the attitudes of patient safety and make the comparison of different units among nurse aids. Method: This study is a descriptive study with convenience sampling. Data collections were conducted by a self-structured questionnaire in two hospitals and one nursing home from the southern Taiwan. A total of 159 participants were recruited. Results: (1) Male nurse aids have higher patient safety attitudes in nursing home. (2) In general and special units, the patient safety attitude of Taiwanese nurse aids was significantly higher than other nationalities. (3) The work years were positively significantly associated with the attitudes of patient safety. (4) The total scores of "patient safety attitudes" are significantly different among three units and the scores of nursing home were higher than the general unit. Conclusions: Nurse aids were team members in healthcare. According to the different units and characteristics of nursing aids, the administrators could provide the relevant topics of the patient safety education to improve the positive attitudes and healthcare quality.
