培養資優生的正向情緒與特質

Cultivate Gifted Students' Positive Emotions and Character Traits

摘要


資優生有些學習與心理特質與一般生不同,但是並非所有資優生會因為這些獨特特質而形成獨特適應問題。因為學校環境若提供資優生支持性的協助、充足的資源,反而能讓資優生培養正向的情緒與特質,進而成為有創造性生產的資優者。本文介紹正向心理學的觀點,資優生的知情意交織特質,並以千鳥格經緯介入理論說明學校實施情意教育的課程活動,希冀培養資優生的正向情緒與特質。

Gifted students may exhibit different learning and psychological traits than non-gifted students. Howere, it is not expected all gifted students experience adjustment problems caused by the unique gualiites. If the school provides supportive assistance and adequate resources, gifted students will cultivate positive emotions and positive character traits, and make creative contributions to society. This article comes from a perspective of positive psychology and co-cognitive traits of gifted students, and provides information on Operation Houndstooth Intervention Theory which designed to cultivate positive emotions and character traits of each gifted learner.
