某科技大學網路多媒體教材藥物濫用預防介入研究

本研究旨在評估「網路多媒體教材藥物濫用預防教育」介入對大學生藥物濫用認知、態度、生活技能、拒絕效能與成癢藥物使用意向之影響，係採準實驗設計，以臺北市某私立科技大學學生為研究對象。本研究於2012年進行，實驗組進行前後測及四單元(每單元二十分鐘)的網路多媒體教材藥物濫用預防教育介入課程，對照組僅進行傳統講述法教學及前後測，共完成有效問卷499人（實驗組280人，對照組219人）。研究結果顯示，大學生在參與網路多媒體教材藥物濫用預防教育介入後，可顯著提升其藥物濫用認知（如：生理／藥理作用、健康危害、危險因子、訊息管道等）、增進藥物濫用預防生活技能（如：覺察危險情境、做決定／問題解決、媒體批判、拒絕）、提升藥物濫用預防自我效能（如：拒絕危險情境）；但在藥物濫用預防態度與成癮藥物使用意向兩項指標，則未達統計上的顯著差異。依據研究結果，建議增加網路藥物濫用預防資訊與多媒體教材建置，辦理藥物濫用預防網路活動與學校教學活動。

The study was an evaluation of the effect of multimedia-based learning materials of drug abuse preventive intervention on drug-related knowledge, attitudes, life skills, drug refusal efficacies, and drug use intention among college students. This study was a quasi-experimental design. In 2012, a total of 499 participants were first-grade students from a university of science and technology in northern Taiwan. Students in the experimental group participated in an 80-minute multimedia-based drug abuse prevention intervention, while students in the control group received no intervention. A pre-test was conducted one-week before the intervention, while a post-test was conducted after the intervention. The results indicated that the multimedia-based drug abuse prevention intervention significantly increased drug-related knowledge, attitudes, life skills, and drug refusal efficacies for participating students. The implementation of multimedia-based learning materials education intervention into the course of university of science and technology was recommended.
