團體諮商過程中倫理問題及案例的探討
The Issues of Group counseling Ethics and Cases
摘要
此篇文章主要目的是探討一些在團體諮商的歷程中可能發生的一些倫理議題。筆者先提出團體各階段中可能發生的一些問題，再以團體工作專家協會（Association for Specialists in Group Work）所制定的倫理守則為本，來回應可能遇到的一些狀況。最後則基於實務的需求，以實際帶領團體可能發生的五種情況為案例，進一步思索一位團體帶領者可能處理的一些步驟及態度。

The main purpose of this article is to explore some related ethical issues when leading a counseling group. First, the author lists some possible ethical problems that might happen in different stages of a counseling group. Then, based on the ethical rules from ASGW (Association for Specialist in Group Work), the author tries to discuss some appropriate ways in dealing with these problems. Finally, five different kinds of circumstances are provided as group counseling cases to stimulate more considerations regarding the issues of group counseling ethics.
