In order to improve the service qualities of freeway passenger transportation companies this paper used the questionnaire survey method and the Parasuraman、Zeithaml and Berry's SERVQUAL to survey the service qualities of freeway passenger transportation companies including the Kwo-Gwan and the Tong-Lain two companies. And then we used the EXCEL software to analyze the questionnaire survey data. Finally, the conclusion and suggestion proposed in this paper could be a reference for the freeway passenger transportation companies.
