新的路邊停車收費設備之使用者接受意向影響因素之探討

摘要

目前台北市停管處計畫設置悠遊卡路邊停車收費器，以期能改善原有投幣式計時收費器易遭竊盜破壞之幣病，並增進路邊停車使用者繳費的效率。本研究之目的在探討一般路邊停車使用者對於此種新收費形式的接受意向，及其影響因素。本研究在廣泛蒐集相關文獻後，主要採用科技接受模式，將使用者接受科技意向之重要影響因素歸納為“知覺有用性”及“知覺易用性”二大類，在經過多次腦力激盪討論後，擬定9個問卷調查題目，為求驗證使用者接受科技意向之重要影響因素，針對收費器試測第一階段之使用者，做面對面問卷調查的工作。發出的103份問卷中，有96份有效。應用結構方程模式方法，檢定影響因素問的路徑關係，結果驗證路邊停車使用者的確由於感受悠遊卡路邊停車收費方式之“知覺有用性”及“知覺易用性”，而影響“接受使用意向”，且使用者對新型收費方式之“知覺有用性”亦會受其“知覺易用性”所影響。最後本研究分析上述影響關係方向性及其程度所隱含的管理意涵，並彙整探討使用者對於悠遊卡路邊停車收費方式的意見建議等使用預期，使停管單位在未來擬定推動或改進停車管理相關政策上，能有一些可能的建議方向參考。

The Parking Management Office of Taipei City plans to deploy Easy Card roadside parking meters, hoping to reduce the problems of theft and damage faced by using traditional coin meters as well as the time cost for the users. This study attempts to investigate the factors affecting the ”Acceptance Intention” (Al) of users. After reviewing related literatures, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted. This study also arranged a face to face interview to categorize 9 questionnaire items into ”Perceived Usefulness (PU)”, ”Perceived Ease of Use” (PE0U) and Al. Of 103 questionnaires conducted, 96 were effective. By applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the result showed that PU affect both PEoU and Al, while PU and PEoU both affect Al. The results coincide with that of TAM applied in other filed. In the end, managerial implications are also provided for future reference.
