To promote safety of road traffic, we need to improve the environment through engineering, law enforcement and education. The Road Traffic Lecture, which serves as an educator, is focus on re-educating frequent and serious violators to advance their ideas about traffic safety. In order to analyze efficiency of the road traffic lectures, this study investigates the lecture attendee's during 2008 in Taipei, and traces their traffic violations after the lecture. The results demonstrate that the lectures were efficiency for drivers in decreasing repeating traffic violations.
