摘要

近年來，各國均積極的推廣綠色無污染的自行車共享系統，目前已實施自行車共享系統的國家日益增廣，其效能不但能降低交通量，也可以減少能源消耗與碳排放量。本研究透過各國自行車共享系統文獻探討，將收集之相關資料與文獻進行資料整合、分析與比較，探討各國自行車共享系統。包括營運方式、租賃方式、計費方式等，研究結果可提供相關單位做為未來推動相關政策之參考。

In recent years, many Countries are actively promoting green pollution-free bicycle sharing system. Bike sharing system has been implemented in the country has become increasingly augmented. This system not only reduces traffic volume, but also reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions. This introduction collects relevant data and literature data integration, including the mode of operation, leasing, billing, etc to analy and comparison. The results can provide the authority as a reference for future policies.
