臺北車站智慧化系統建置

摘要


臺北車站特定區平均每日有約高達54萬人次進出,建築物內部通廊互相連通,地下空間動線複雜,臺北市政府交通局為改善旅客在車站內尋路的問題,結合智慧城市發展趨勢及技術,提供更多豐富的交通與觀光資訊,於臺北智慧車站計畫建置5大智慧化場站服務項目,包括人行指標導引系統、室內定位導航、觀光交通資訊、消防安全監控及停車場智慧化,建置範圍涵蓋6處軌道車站、4處地下街、2處停車場及1客運轉運站。其中,「台北車站通」室內導航App利用藍芽技術於室內定位,提供室內導航、交通資訊、美食購物查詢、智慧停車及訊息推播等功能。

The underground space of Taipei Main Station is complex like a huge maze, and an average of 540,000 passengers pass by daily. Department of Transportation of Taipei City Government applies smart city technology to improve the indoor wayfinding problem. Besides, this Taipei smart station project includes 5 station service items, wayfinding guidance system (Kiosk), indoor position and navigation application, tourism and transportation information, life safety monitoring system, and intelligent parking system. There are 6 railway stations, 4 underground streets, 2 parking lots, and 1 integrated bus station. Among the items, the App (named Taipei Main Station Navigator) applies Bluetooth technology (Beacon) for indoor positioning and is able for users to look up for public transportation around Taipei, search shopping and food information in the station, smart parking functions for nearby parking lots, and receive notification messages.
