使用行動支付繳納路邊停車費意願：以新北市為例

經研究指出，新北市路邊停車費雖有多元繳費管道，惟超商定點代收仍高達78%，據電話訪問調查居住在新北市的民眾，僅有33%受訪者知道新北市可使用行動支付繳納停車費，在上述3成受訪者中，又僅有6.2%受訪者曾使用行動支付繳納停車費，顯示新北市行動支付政策尚需增加曝光度。受訪者不使用主因為沒有需求，如提供更簡便操作方式、更多優惠活動及政府或行動支付業者對資安部分提出說明，則可增加使用意願，進而提升使用率。建議未來新北市行動支付合作業者可結合支付其他汽車族群經常使用的活動，並經常推出限綁定車號的優惠活動，應可吸引新用戶使用及增加舊用戶的黏著度。
