不同濃硫酸處理時間對豆科綠肥作物種子萌芽之影響

The Effects of Sulfuric Acid Timing Treatments on Germination of Various Legume Manure Seeds

摘要


本試驗採用台灣現有並可應用為綠肥之豆科種原,以山珠豆(Centrosema pubescens Benth.)、野生大豆(Neonotonia wightii (Wight & Arn.))、葛藤(Pueraria montanus (Lour.) Merr.)、擬大豆(Caiopogonium mucumoides Desv. )及賽芻豆(Macroptilium atropurpureum (DC.))等五種熱帶豆科植物種子為試驗對象,探討於不同濃硫酸浸泡時間處理(CK、20、40及60分鐘)對種子萌芽之影響。結果顯示,種子經過濃硫酸處理20分鐘後可顯著提高萌芽率,種子胚根及胚莖萌發生長情形大多也以濃硫酸處理20分鐘較佳。大多數經濃硫酸處理之豆科植物發芽率與胚根及胚莖生長速率呈顯著相關性,可確知此類處理有益於豆科綠肥之栽培。

Timing treatments with sulfuric acid (CK, 20, 40 and 60 minutes) were applied on seeds of five tropical Leguminosase species: Centrosema pubescens Benth.、Neonotonia wightii (Wight & Arn.)、 Pueraria montanus (Lour.) Merr.、Caiopogonium mucumoides Desv. and Macroptilium atropurpureum (DC.) to test their effects on promoting germination and seedling emergence. Results showed that all species showed significant increase in seeds germination rate with 20 minutes sulfuric acid treatment. And, the growth of radicle and hypocotyle of 20 minute treatment were also better than other treatments. Besides Neonotonia wightii (Wight & Arn.), the treated seeds of other four Leguminosase species showed positive relationship between germination rate and seedling growth.
