聖誕紅‘光輝'之微體繁殖

Micropropagation of Euphorbia pulcherrima 'Red Splendor'

摘要


聖誕紅'Red Splendor'之單節培殖體培養於含BA 4mg/l之MS培養基,經30天後,每一單節培殖體可得8.5枝枝梢。取初代培養長度1cm的枝梢,培養於相同培養基,但含洋菜6g/l者,可增殖5枝枝梢,其中1cm以上的長枝有2.5枝。取2cm以上的枝梢,其基部沾含NAA 500ppm之發根粉,再扦插於噴霧插床。經30天後,發根率高達100%,平均根長達3.6cm。由單節培養得到的微體繁殖苗,可保有植株的分枝性。

Nodal explants of poinsettia 'Red Splendor', cultured on the MS medium containing BA at 4 mg/l, proliferated 8.5 shoots after 30 days. Shoots of 1cm in length cultured on the same medium solidified with agar at 6 g/l proliferated 5 multiple shoots, half of them were longer than 1 cm. Shoots more than 2 cm in length were treated with NAA 500ppm powder dusting and then rooted under mist condition. Ex-vitro rooting rate was high to 100 % and the average root length was 3.6 cm after 30 days. Plantlets propagated through nodal culture remained the character of free branching.
