摘要

10年生抗病砧木'G755'酪梨(Persea schiedeana)之新梢為培殖體，以不同鹽類濃度與不同培養基型態進行初代培養，結果以1/2MS為基本鹽類，蔗糖為3%之液態紙橋培養成活率較高及培殖體之生長較佳，當培養基中添加適量的IBA與kinetin時，培殖體存活率達100%。以IBA0.5或1 mg/l加kinetin1~4 mg/l培養四周後幼梢長度皆可達5.1 mm以上。

The objective of this study was to develop an effective method for propagation of avocado. Shoot tips harvested from mature trees of 'G755' rootstock(Persea schiedeana)were used in this study. Salt levels and medium type were tested. The results showed that the survival percentage and the growth of explants were better in the 1/2MS basic medium supplemented with 0.3% sucrose. When these explants was cultured in a medium supplemented with moderate concentrations of IBA and kinetin, the survival percent was 100%. The length of shoot could reach more than 5.1 mm when using 0.5mg/l IBA with 1~4 mg/l kinetin, in the media after 4 weeks culture.
