季節、溫度及枝葉去除或遮蔭對綠竹空中壓條發根之影響

Effect of Season, Temperature and Removing or Shading Branches on Rooting of Air-layered Green Bamboo (Bambusa oldhamii Munro)

摘要


於無嵌紋病毒綠竹園周年進行空中壓條試驗,探討季節、溫度及枝葉處理對綠竹(Bambusa oldhamii Munro)壓條發根之影響。結果顯示,各月壓條平均發根率介於1.9-75.9%,以七月最高,五月至九月的壓條處理,平均發根率可達51%以上,為綠竹壓條繁殖的適期。壓條發根率與月平均溫度間呈正相關,月均溫低於22℃時,發根率低於17%;月均溫26.1℃時,發根率達51%以上;月均溫達29℃以上時,發根率可超過70%,發根數及根長均與溫度呈正相關趨勢。竹桿節位對壓條全年平均發根率,以竹桿第5-7節位的40.7%較高,分別較第8-10節位、第11-13節位高約5%、10%,且差異顯著,但於五至九月,同月份壓條時發根率無顯著差異。綠竹空中壓條前將枝葉去除可提高發根率,七至九月三個月平均發根率可達79.6%,較不除枝葉增加13%,特別是在七月,但進行遮蔭則對壓條發根反有抑制效果。

The seasonal effects and branch treatment effect were studied on air-layering rooting of green bamboo (Bambusa oldhamii Munro) for one year in a virus-free plantation. The monthly mean rooting percentages ranged from 1.9% to 75.9% with the optimum periods for air-layering falling between May and September during which the rooting percentage was higher than 51%. A positive relationship existed between monthly mean temperature and the rooting percentage. The rooting rate was less than 17% as the monthly mean temperature was lower than 22℃; rooting increased to 51% and more at temperature of 26.1℃. Rooting percentage higher than 70% was obtained at temperature of 29℃. The higher temperature was also favorable for the root number and root length. Rooting rate of 40.7% obtained from node position of 5(superscript th) to 7(superscript th) counting from the bottom was higher than that from nodes 8(superscript th) to 10(superscript th) and nodes 11(superscript th) to 13(superscript th) by 5% and 10%, respectively. However, the nodal difference on rooting percentage minimized during May and September, there was no significant difference among node position on rooting in the same month. The branch removal treatment before air layering could increase rooting up to 79.6%, which was higher than control by 13% during the warm months (July-September) while 50% shading of the branches reduced rooting.
