多花菊插穗重量對扦插苗和切花品質之影響

Effect of Cutting's Fresh Weight on the Quality of Plantlets and Cut Flowers of Spray Chrysanthemums

摘要

本研究以多花菊品種'Euro Sunny'、'Monalisa'、及'Plano Dark'為材料，探討插穗鮮重對插穗發根以及定植後所生產切花品質的影響。自採插穗鮮重介於1.0~3.0 g之間，從荷蘭進口的插穗鮮重介於0.7~1.3 g之間。'Euro Sunny'、'Monalisa'及'Plano Dark'的進口插穗扦插後在根數、根鮮重及地上部增加鮮重皆與插穗原鮮重呈線性正相關。但自行培育的插穗'Euro Sunny'、'Plano Dark'以及'Monalisa'的發根情形與插穗原鮮重成二次正相關，穗鮮重低於2.25 g時根數及根鮮重隨穗鮮重增加而增加，當穗鮮重超過2.25 g時根數及根鮮重逐漸下降。前2品種發根後地上部增加的鮮重與插穗原鮮重亦呈二次正相關，當穗鮮重超過2.25 g時發根後地上部增加的鮮重有減少的現象。以'Euro Sunny'、'Monalisa'以及'Plano Dark'進口插穗及自採插穗繁殖成的扦插苗進行切花栽培。進口插穗的植株高度比自採插穗同鮮重等級者高。自採插穗所生產的切花節數有隨著鮮重增加1.0~3.0 g而有增加的趨勢。'Euro Sunny'、'Monalisa'及'Plano Dark'的進口插穗可生產90 cm切花枝鮮重比自行培育的1.5 g以下所生產者切花重，而自行培育的插穗鮮重超過2.0 g，所生產的切花品質皆與進口插穗生產者相近。自行培育的插穗中，'Euro Sunny'、'Monalisa'和'Plano Dark'的90cm切花枝重量、第一側花梗長度、花直徑皆有隨穗鮮重增加而增加的趨勢。

The effect of cutting fresh weight of spray chrysanthemums 'Euro Sunny', 'Monalisa' and 'Plano Dark' on cut flowers quality were investigated. The fresh weight of our cutting was between 1.0 to 3.0 gram as well as these from the Netherlands was between 0.7 to 1.3 gram. The relationships between number of roots, fresh weight of roots, increasing fresh weight of shoots and fresh weight of cuttings were positive linear in import cuttings. The relationship between number of roots and fresh weight of roots of cuttings was quadratic function in our cuttings of 'Euro Sunny', 'Monalisa' and 'Plano Dark'. The relationship between increasing fresh weight and fresh weight of cutting were quadratic function in our cuttings of 'Euro Sunny' and 'Plano Dark'. Import and our cuttings of 'Euro Sunny', 'Monalisa' and 'Plano Dark' were used for cut flower production. To compare at the height of cut flowers of import cuttings with our cuttings, the former was higher at the same level of cutting weight. The nodes number of cut flowers increased when fresh weight of cutting increased from 1.0 gram to 3.0 gram. The cut flowers (90 cm) fresh weight from import cuttings of 'Euro Sunny', 'Monalisa' and 'Plano Dark' was heavier than that from our cuttings with the fresh weight below1.5 g. The cut flower quality from our cuttings with fresh weight over 2.0 g were similar to those from import cuttings produced. The fresh weight of cut flowers (90 cm), length of first axillary stalk and diameter of flowers of 'Euro Sunny', 'Ford', 'Monalisa' and 'Plano Dark' were increased when the weight of cuttings were increased from 1.0 to 3.0 gram.
