台灣原生石竹之種間雜交
Among Interspecies Hybridization of Native Dianthus spp in Taiwan
摘要
將各原生石竹或美國石竹進行雜交後，發現各種石竹彼此間的雜交組合均可得到種子。以巴陵石竹與美國石竹做為親本組合，可得到花序上小花可開放天數最多天數的子代，在植株表現上適合做為切花利用。使用逆滲透水或荷蘭Pokon&Chrysal公司生產之香石竹專用AVB、一般切花用之RVB保鮮預措液對選出之雜交石竹、多花香石竹‘Natila’或大花香石竹‘Dona’切花進行預措處理。以巴陵石竹為母本的‘A2059’在三種處理中均有13天的壽命，‘A2060’在AVB處理或RVB處理可延長1.7天的壽命且試驗期間瓶插水質惡化的情形也不如香石竹嚴重，因此本試驗選出之石竹品系應該有對乙烯的敏感性低和不易受細菌滋生影響堵塞導管影響瓶插壽命之特性。

Among interspecies hybridization of Taiwan native Dianthus spp. x D. barbatus, all combination could obtain seeds, moreover, there were compatibility. Among interspecies hybridization there were better offsprings with erect from, scent flower and adaptable be cut flower from D. palinensis x D. barbatus. Hybridization Dianthus, spray carnation 'Natila' and stand carnation 'Dona' cut flowers, were pulsed in water, AVB or RVB, then the vase life of Dianthus 'A2059' cut flowers pulsed in all treatment had 13 days, the vase life of Dianthus 'A2060' had 1.7 days longer than that of carnations. On the other hand, the Dianthus vase solution quality was superior to carnation. In this study the selected Dianthus had low ethylene sensitivity and xylem wasn't blocked by bacteria on the stem.
