紅鶴頂蘭庭園栽培之生長評估

The Growth Evaluation of Phaius Tankervilleae Cultivation in Botanical Garden

摘要


以野生的紅鶴頂蘭蒴果,無菌播種繁殖幼苗,經二年育苗後,栽植於台灣台中巿科博館植物園天然遮蔭的展示區。週年調查紅鶴頂蘭栽植展示區的光照及遮蔭程度,並於開花期調查營養生長與生殖生長的性狀。雨林溫室1區年平均遮蔭百分率為87%,葉片完整略徒長,開花良好且開花期提早。北部區遮蔭百分率為79%,採用密植葉片可互相遮蔭,營養生長與生殖生長均衡。行道樹下1區全年光度強且遮蔭率穩定,營養生長旺盛,新芽開花率高達88%。行道樹下2區在十二到二月間陽光直射,新芽開花率僅33%,強光影響生殖生長。蘭嶼區位於樹林下,營養生長中等,新芽開花率57%。雨林溫室2區遮蔭過度,植株徒長,新芽開花率僅8%。庭園栽培鶴頂蘭應密植於全年光度穩定,年平均遮蔭百分率介於60-90%的區域,再加上有給水加濕度的設施,將可於臺灣低地發展成為春夏間庭園觀花植物。

Nun orchid (Phaius tankervilleae (Banks ex l'Her.) Bl. was cultured in the display area of Botanical Garden, National Museum of Natural Science, Taiwan, and the characteristics of the vegetative and reproductive growth phase were recorded. The sunshade percentage of all display areas around year was measured. In rainy forest greenhouse, the nun orchid had over growth leaves and flowering early. The orchid was dense planting in the lawn of northern area with good insight. The area of the street tree 1 with stable sunlight around year, the vegetable and reproduction growth well. The area of the street tree 2 was sunlight directly at the period during December to February, only 33% flowering of new shoots. The vegetable growth of nun orchid cultured in the area of Orchid Islands had medium growth condition and 57% new shoots flowering. The optimal display area of nun orchid was cultured in the area having 60-90% shade percentage.
