摘要

Naktuinbouw為荷蘭植物品種檢定之專責單位，除負責荷蘭國內之植物品種申請案件檢定之外，並負責歐盟申請案件之檢定。Naktuinbouw的組織架構主要可以分為三大部分：檢驗、實驗室和品種及試驗。因此，Naktuinbouw除了擔負品種檢定工作之外，亦提供各項關於園藝作物繁殖材料品質的檢測服務和發證工作。同時，Naktuinbiuw也提供各項實驗室檢測及品種檢定之訓練課程，可以提升從業人員之專業技能及經驗。對Naktuinbiuw之組織架構、業務及品質管控系統有所認識，將有助於提昇國內品種檢定、優質種苗檢測及其他技術服務方面之工作。

Naktuinbouw, the specialized unit for plant variety testing in the Netherlands, is responsible for DUS (distinctness, uniformity, and stability) testing of the application cases of the Netherlands and the European Union. The Naktuinbouw mainly is divided into three parts, including Inspection, Laboratories, and Varieties & Trials. Therefore, the Naktuinbouw performances not only the DUS testing, but also provides services on quality of propagating materials in horticultural crops and certification work. In the meanwhile, the Naktuinbiuw also offers a wild range of training courses on laboratory tests and certification, and it will be helpful for enhancing the professional skills and experience of employees. Realizing the organizational structure, operations and quality control systems of Naktuinbiuw will be helpful for improving the DUS testing, high-quality seedlings testing and other technical services in Taiwan.
