植株型態對小白菜淹水耐受性之影響

The Influences of Plant Morphology on Pakchoi Plants (Brassica Rapa L. Chinensis Group.) to Flooding Tolerance

摘要


本研究調查四品種小白菜植株之葉片型態與耐淹水的相關性,篩選出合適之植株之葉片特徵。由葉片型態及構造結果顯示,‘鳳山’具有葉面平滑、葉形偏圓、葉緣全緣、葉片厚度薄等特點,而‘阿鳳’葉葉面稍皺、葉形偏圓、葉緣全緣且葉片厚度厚,‘鳳京’及‘鳳珍’則葉面皺縮、葉形偏橢圓,葉片厚度薄,四品種田間淹水試驗結果比較,以葉片厚、無皺摺、形狀偏圓者於淹水狀況下傷害情形較輕,‘阿鳳’和‘鳳山’淹水耐受性較‘鳳京’及‘鳳珍’為佳,可減少豪兩所造成的財物損失。

The aim of this research is to study of the relationships between plant type, leaf type and flooding tolerance in four cultivars of Pakchoi by analyzing the leaf characteristics of four cultivars of Pakchoi, 'Feng-Shan', 'A-Feng', 'Feng-Jing' and 'Feng-Jen'. The leaves of 'Feng-Shan' Pakchoi showed the characteristics of smooth, thin and round shape.The leaves of 'A-Feng' Pakchoi were slight crimple, thick and round. The leaves of 'Feng-Jing' and 'Feng-Jen' Pakchoi were crimple, thin and ellipse. It was found that plants with smooth, thick, round-shaped leaves were more able to tolerant to flooding.
