目的:本研究之目的在了解EMT同仁對於到院前緊急醫療救護訓練及執行之滿意度和看法。 材料與方法:衛生署於95年8月至96年12月在我國12個縣市推動「緊急醫療救護品質提昇計畫」,其重點為利用醫療指導醫師制度的推行積極的參與當地的緊急醫療救護。本計畫利用問卷調查的方法分析EMT同仁對到院前緊急醫療救護訓練及執行之滿意度,並比較在「緊急醫療救護品質提昇計畫」推行之前後期,整體滿意度是否有改善。填寫對象:以參與12縣市的所有實際參與緊急醫療救護工作的EMT為主。收案時間:96年3月15日至4月15日,和96年12月01日至12月30日。 結果:在各個項目中,滿意度有明顯上升的包括「複訓理論課程」、「複訓地點」、「複訓評核方法」,「對主動交接時醫護人員的反應」、「對醫護人員主動主動詢問態度」、「對救護個案討論會」,以及所有關於醫療指導醫師所參與活動的項目。 結論:我們的結論是,經由專職醫療指導醫師的參與各縣市緊急醫療救護,可以提升各項EMT對「複訓理論課程」、「複訓地點」、「複訓評核方法」,「對主動交接時醫護人員的反應」、「對醫護人員主動主動詢問態度」、「對救護個案討論會一以及所有關於醫療指導醫師所參與活動的項目的滿意度。
Objective: Goal of the this research is to understand that the EMT colleague's satisfaction about the training and execution. Method: Analyzes the EMT colleague's satisfaction about the training and execution using the questionnaire survey method and the comparison carries out after ”Improving Quality of Emergency Medical Services System Project”, the overall degree of satisfaction whether has the improvement. Fills in the object: all EMT working in 12 counties cities which participate ”Improving Quality of Emergency Medical Services System Project”. Receives the document time: first period from March 15th through April15th in 2007; the second period from December first through 30th in2007. Statistics: paired-T test, (P<0.05 ) Result: The following parts the degree of satisfaction are significant increased: training course about medical theory assessment method of training、the attitude of the ER staffs, and all issues that medical directors had done. Conclusion: The impetus specialty medical director to assists various counties city EMS will be helpful to promote each item of EMS the quality, That have to to continue to carry on the appraisal to evaluate the degree of satisfaction about medical direction then we can draw a more critical conclusion.
