住院乳癌病人行乳房切除手術後的關注點和需求

The Concerns and Needs of Breast Cancer Patients with Post-Mastectomy during Hospitalization

摘要

本質性研究的目的是在瞭解乳癌病患術後的關注點及需求。針對南部某醫學中心診斷為乳癌且接受開刀治療的10位病患，於住院期間進行深入訪談，並於訪談後將內容逐句轉寫成文字記錄，以Colaizzi分析法進行資料的分析與歸納。研究結果發現，住院乳癌病人術後關注點包含四大範疇：（1）健康；（2）家庭；（3）回顧及規劃；（4）自我概念；及四大需求：（1）找尋罹患乳癌疾病的源頭；（2）尋求日後自我照顧的訊息（3）尋求宗教慰藉；（4）找尋社會支持。本研究結果除了可深入了解行乳房切除術之乳癌病患在住院期間的關注和需求外，也可提供臨床醫護人員在照顧此類病患時擬訂照護計劃之參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the post-mastectomy concerns and needs of breast cancer patients with post-mastectomy during hospitalization. Intensive interviews were conducted with ten patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer and received operations. All hospitalization processes were recorded and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenology. Concerns were divided onto four parts: (1) health problems (2) family role strain (3) to review and plan of their lives (4) self-concept. Needs were also divided into four parts: (1) finding the causes of breast cancer (2) seeking self-care information (3) finding religious to consolation of their fear、anxiety and worry (4) seeking social support. With the results, nurses can gain greater awareness of patients’ needs and provide specific care during hospitalization. The findings of this study can lead to higher professionalism in the care of post-mastectomy breast cancer patients.
