摘要

本個案報告是探討不孕婦女初次接受試管嬰兒治療的心理社會反應，包括個案因不孕出現家庭人際關係的改變，影響個案接受試管嬰兒的心境因素、治療後等待結果以及得知失敗後的反應等。筆者擔任個案的主護護士，利用住院期間及二次電訪一次家訪與個案互動過程資料寫成6篇行為過程紀錄，並經由內容分析整理歸納，結果發現不孕事件造成個案與婆媳姑嫂關係轉為冷淡、家人支持及避免造成先生遺憾是決定接受治療之考量、而先生對個案支持成為其治療過程中最大的精神支柱、以及接受治療後等待結果的焦慮、得知未受孕成功之否認與失落反應。在護理過程中藉由陪伴、傾聽引導個案說出心中感受，提供正確訊息與資訊，使個案不適應程度降低，坦然面對治療結果，因而得到較佳的護理照顧品質，未造成負面的影響。

This study is to describe a study of the psychosocial response of an infertile. The data was collected from two telephone interviews and one house-visit and then translated into six pages of behavioral report (nursing process).The content was summaried and analyzed. The results showed that infertility has certain impact on the family. In addition, the results also revealed the factors behind infertility, as well as the its consequences, during the entire process was listening to the personal feelings of the patient, providing correct information, minimize any maladaptation during the treatment in order to provide the patient the best quality of nursing care.
