摘要
本文旨在介紹磁力醫院認證之發展沿革、認證過程、成功認證的關鍵與成功案例。同時，針對護理內外部提出十一項改革建議，作為未來台灣衛生主管當局與護理專業團體，改善臨床護理困境，追求護理照護品質與卓越護理角色地位的參考。

The purpose of this article is to introduce the history of the Magnet hospital, including magnet recognition processes, keys of successful recognition, and successful examples. Meanwhile, eleven internal and external nursing improvement suggestions are also proposed as valuable references for Taiwan government and nursing professional groups to pursue the best quality of clinical nursing and to improve nursing roles and reputations in the future.
