提昇手術室護理師對機器人手術器械管理成效
Improving the Effectiveness of Operating Room Nurses in the Management of Robotic Surgical Instruments
摘要
本專案旨在提昇手術室護理師對機器人手術器械管理之成效，手術器械管理不當會影響手術過程、增加手術風險，使用過期器械可能造成病人潛在感染風險。分析管理成效不佳主要原因為，器械種類繁多、器械點班作業規範不明確、不熟悉器械及無相關稽核制度；經重新製作器械專用置放櫃、建立機器人手術器械電腦資料庫、修訂器械點班規範、器械名稱重新編碼、舉辦相關教育訓練及制定稽核制度等措施，機器人手術器械管理正確率由改善前60%提昇至改善後96%，器械點班時間由平均20分鐘縮減為6分鐘，皆達目標值，不僅提昇器械管理成效，更對病人安全有所助益，本專案執行過程可提供各醫院器械管理參考。

The purpose of this project is to improve the operating room nurses on the effectiveness of robot surgical instrument management. Improper operation of the surgical instruments will affect the surgical process and increase the risk of surgery. The use of expired equipment may cause the patient the potential risk of infection. The main reasons for poor management are too many types of equipment, unclear specification of equipment point shift operations, unfamiliarity with the equipment, and no relevant audit system. Through the reproduction of special equipment for the cabinet, the establishment of robotic surgical instruments computer database, revised equipment point shift specification, recoding the name of the device, the relevant education and training and the development of audit system and other measures, the correct rate of management of robotic surgical instruments increased from 60% before improvement to 96% after improvement. Equipment point shift reduced from an average of 20 minutes to 6 minutes, reaching the target value, not only to enhance the effectiveness of equipment management, but also to help the safety of patients. The implementation process of this project can provide reference for hospital equipment management.
