從精實創業到社會企業的管理個案

本研究探討的管理個案「青田七六」，是由黃金種子公司與云禾事業公司專案團隊所打造的文化創意新品牌，主要負責臺大馬廷英教授故居的古蹟再利用專案計畫；「青田七六」同時也扮演地質科學教育普及的場所，同時也是提供日式餐飲的休閒空間。精實創業是近年常見的一種創業模式，它為新創企業或組織提供科學方法，透過一系列小實驗，將產品或服務以最快速度推向市場，逐漸向大事業邁進。而社會企業則是建構可行的商業模式，達成解決特定社會目標的組織或企業。本研究主要在探討「青田七六」的發展過程與管理模式，我們發現創辦人與管理團隊主要透過精實創業的概念與發展核心，提供符合市場需求的文化創意產品與日式餐飲服務，以滿足對文化空間再利用有興趣的消費者。隨著時間演變，運作青田七六所需求的資源與社會目標，讓整個組織以黃金種子結合云禾事業的雙子星集團策略聯盟合作模式，朝向社會企業發展。從青田七六的管理模式經驗，應該可作為未來有意參與推動文化空間再利用經營管理專案團隊之參考。

This managerial case ＂Qing Tien 76＂ is a new cultural & creative brand, created by project-based team of Goldenseeds Education Organization and Yuno Company Limited, mainly taking in charge of cultural site rehabilitation project of former residence of Ma Ting-Ying, deceased professor of National Taiwan University. ＂Qing Tien 76＂ also works as s spot of geosciences education popularization and leisure space of Japanese cuisine. Lean Startup method is a popular business model over the past decade. It provides a scientific approach to creating and managing a startup and gets some products and services to markets by a series of experiments. After above, a startup can be a bigger enterprise one day. The purpose of a social enterprise is to solve some special social by constructing an available business model. Our research explored developing processes and management models of ＂Qing Tien 76＂ We found that their founder and managerial teams followed concepts and core processes of Lean Startup to provide cultural creative products and Japanese catering services accorded with the demands of the market, as well as meet the need of customers with interests in cultural site rehabilitation. With time changing, required sources and social targets for managing ＂Qing Tien 76＂ made Goldenseeds Education Organization introduce cooperative model with Yuno Company Limited and tried to transfer to be a social enterprise. Finally, all managerial and developing experiences from ＂Qing Tien 76＂ could be an important reference for project teams intend to join the cultural site rehabilitation activities in the future.
